There is no deposit and no card held, so booking costs nothing. What a booking holds is the room, with nobody else in it.
Changing or cancelling
Change it, move it or cancel it, as many times as you need.
Late enough that the time can’t go to someone else.
The price of the appointment you booked. For one that costs nothing, like the Gold Viewing, it is $40.
Nothing is taken automatically, because we hold no card. A charge is invoiced, or settled at your next visit.
How to change it
Use the Change or cancel link in your confirmation email, reply to that email, or call or text 09 949 0940. A message sent overnight is read in the morning, and the 24 hours count from when you sent it.
Unwell? Tell us. We would always rather you moved it than came in.
Running late
Tell us, and come anyway. The room is held for 15 minutes. Past that, we do what the time left allows. If there isn’t enough time to do it properly, we rebook you, and that counts as a change inside 24 hours.
Made-to-order pieces
Nothing is ordered until you approve an exact price. Sixty percent places the order, and it comes off the piece in full. Once the order is with the workshop in Los Angeles, the piece is being made for you, so the sixty percent stays with the piece and it waits for you as long as you need. BVLA Bespoke
