  • In the event that a client is dissatisfied with their new piercing, they may be eligible for a refund of the piercing fee under the following conditions:

    • The dissatisfaction must be reported to info@platinumpoint.nz within 2 days of the piercing.

    • The client must provide a valid reason for their dissatisfaction.

    • The piercing must be examined by a staff member to determine if the concern is valid and qualifies for a refund.
